The 2010 season of the Young Creative Chevrolet design competition was officially launched in Hungary in February. Design and applied art students, their professors, school representatives and lifestyle media journalists filled the premises of the one and only Lanchid 19 Design Hotel in Budapest. They all came to participate in a full day kick-off workshop named "Urban Camping" to mark the official start of this year's competition and to get a behind the scenes look at the world of Chevrolet.

This is the second year that Hungary is taking part in the YCC design contest with seven Hungarian universities and highschools registered and a total of 93 students participating in the program. They will compete in three categories: visual arts, fashion and video and we're looking forward to receiving the creative and innovative entries by April, when the national finals will be held!
